Tad is a young frog, and one of the three main characters from LeapFrog Learning Friends, alongside Leap and Lily.
In ToonWorld, Tad does not appear much, but when he does, he always appears in his 2003 design, which J&D seems to favor over the later designs.

Originally, in 2003 up to 2009, Tad usually wore a blue baseball cap, a yellow t-shirt with orange overalls, and blue sneakers.
